Requirements for AUTHENTICATION OF DOCUMENTS SIGNED IN MALAYSIA

1) Get confirmed online appointment of the Embassy (http://philembassyklappointment.biz)

2) Present the original documents to a Commissioner of Oaths / Notary Public in Malaysia for notarization;

3) Submit the notarized documents to the Consular Section of Wisma Putra (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for authentication;
