On 01 March 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur will launch the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) for all passport applications filed with the Embassy. 

Passport applicants are advised to book their appointment through the DFA-GOAS website, https://www.passport.gov.ph.
