JOB VACANCY: ONLINE VOTING AND COUNTING SYSTEM SUPPORT STAFF (PROJECT-TERM PERSONNEL)
The Embassy is accepting applications for the position of one (1) Project-Term Personnel (PTP) to serve as Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) Support Staff in the conduct of overseas voting for the 2025 National Elections, details below:
TITLE: Project-Term Personnel (PTP) - Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) Support Staff
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist in the queuing of Online Overseas Voters (OOVs) who will vote through the voting kiosk at the Post;
2. Assist in crowd control or management at the entrance of the Post
3. Assist the SBEI during the generation and printing of required reports
4. Perform such other functions as may be directed by the SBEI
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Filipino citizen
2. Possesses good moral character
3. Bachelor’s degree
4. Good English communication skills (oral and written)
5. IT/Computer literate
6. Must not be related within the fourth degree of consanguinity or affinity to any DFA organic personnel/official, whether in the Home Office or Foreign Service
7. Willing and able to take full-time job from 13 April to 12 May 2025, including Saturdays and Sundays
NECESSARY SKILLS: Applicants must be a team player with initiative, good interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
