PH Embassy Conducts Its Fourth Regular Consular Mission for 2023 in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah

11 September 2023 – The Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, successfully conducted its fourth Regular Consular Mission for the year from 04 to 08 September 2023 at Dewan Kadazan Dusun Cultural Association, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

The Philippine Embassy’s nine-member team provided a total of 1,088 consular services, including passport processing, birth and marriage registration, notarization of documents, and issuance of travel documents.

The conduct of the consular mission was orderly and systematic, thanks to the applicants’ adherence to the Embassy’s appointment system and the local Sabah authorities’ assistance in organizing the activity.

The Embassy appreciates the support and cooperation of the Filipino community in Sabah, and reminds Filipinos anew that there is no need to tap fixers or agencies to secure an appointment slot.
