The Embassy officials only solemnize marriages if both contracting parties are Filipino citizens.

Requirements:

1. Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (CLCCM);

2. Two (2) passport size photos of the contracting parties.

* Applicants may only schedule the solemnization of marriage upon submission of application for a Certificate of Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (CLCCM).
