OWWA MEMBERSHIP: ISSUANCE AND GUIDELINES

       In line with OWWA’s commitment to promote the welfare of the Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), the following workers may register under the on-site membership program.

The following are the requirement:

A. Valid passport and work permit;

B. Any documentary proof of employment such as verified employment contract, certificate of employment, company ID, payslip, etc.;

C. Duly filled-up declaration of intension for membership to OWWA;

D. Valid Philippine Passport or sworn petition for re-acquisition of citizenship and oath of allegiance duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy/Consulate (for natural born citizens who acquired dual citizenship).

• OFWs who registered for membership are covered for a maximum period of two (2) years, renewable for even periods thereafter.

1) Mag-apply sa aming OWWA Mobile App (Online): 

• Android users: I-download sa GOOGLE PLAY

• Apple users: I-download sa  APP STORE

2) Maaari ring mag-walk-in sa POLO/OWWA Office
(please bring valid copy of POLO verified employment contract, working visa & passport) 

3) Maaari ring ma-walk-in sa OWWA Regional Office sa Pilipinas
(please bring authorization from OFW, copy of passport, working visa or POLO verified employment contract)

 AMOUNT OF CONTRIBUTION :  $ 25.00

 VALIDITY                     :  2 YEARS
