DIGITAL OVERSEAS VOTER’S ID NOW AVAILABLE
The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has released the Digital Overseas Voter’s IDs of overseas voters in Malaysia who are registered as of 30 September 2024.
1. To check for your name on the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) as of 30 September 2024 under the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, click on these links:

2. If your name is on the CLOV, fill out and submit the Digital ID Request Form through the link or QR Code below:

The Embassy will send the voter’s Digital ID to the email address indicated in the Request Form. No physical ID will be issued.
The deadline for requesting voter’s digital IDs from the Embassy is on 28 February 2025. After the deadline, requests may be submitted to COMELEC through email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. END.

Naglabas na ang Commission on Elections (COMELEC) ng Digital Overseas Voter’s ID para sa overseas voters sa Malaysia na rehistrado na as of 30 Setyembre 2024.
1. Upang makita kung kasama ang inyong pangalan sa Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) as of 30 September 2024 sa ilalim ng Philippine Embassy sa Kuala Lumpur, paki-click ang mga link:

2. Kung kasama kayo sa CLOV, sagutan at i-submit ang Digital ID Request Form gamit ang link o QR Code sa ibaba:

Ipapadala ng Embassy ang Digital ID ng botante sa email address na ilalagay sa Request Form. Hindi po magbibigay ng pisikal na ID.
Ang deadline sa pag-request ng voter’s digital ID mula sa Embahada ay sa 28 February 2025.
