From 13 February 2024 until further notice, the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur will accept walk-in applications for consular services (notarial and authentication, visa, and civil registry) from Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 12:00nn (except holidays).
Collection of biometrics for NBI clearance purposes may also be made on weekdays, 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
