  2. Original and photocopy of data page of passport and valid visa

Notarial fee: RM130.00 (cash only)

Submission time: 9:00 am - 12:00 nn only
Processing period: 3 working days

NOTE:

Personal appearance of the applicant is mandatory.

For contracts and deeds, please ensure that the principal(s) and two (2) witnesses signed the document.

Clients are reminded to bring their complete sets of documents, including originals and photocopies.
