THE EMBASSY URGES THE FILIPINO COMMUNITY TO STAY COOL AND HYDRATED DURING THE HEAT WAVE
As of 04 April 2024, several parts of Malaysia are experiencing extremely hot weather, with daily maximum temperature of 35˚C to 40˚C.
The heat wave level is raised when the daily maximum temperature reaches 37˚C to 40˚C for at least 3 consecutive days.
In order to stay safe, the Philippine Embassy encourages members of the Filipino community to practice the following measures:

4. Wear lightweight, loose clothing;
5. Check your family, friends and pets. Do not leave children or pets in parked vehicles; and
6. Get medical help, in case of emergency.
