The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) has released the Digital Overseas Voter’s IDs of overseas voters in Malaysia who are registered as of 30 September 2024.

1. To check for your name on the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) as of 30 September 2024 under the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, click on these links:

2. If your name is on the CLOV, fill out and submit the Digital ID Request Form through the link or QR Code below:

The Embassy will send the voter’s Digital ID to the email address indicated in the Request Form. No physical ID will be issued.
