Requirements
FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL VISA:
| 1. | Note Verbale / Third Person Note from the foreign Diplomatic or Consular Mission duly recognized by the Philippine Government; |
| 2. | Duly filled up Visa Application Form; |
| 3. | Diplomatic Passport; |
| 4. | One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background. |
