PHILIPPINE EMBASSY CONDUCTS ITS 1ST REGULAR OUTREACH MISSION FOR 2024 IN SANDAKAN, SABAH
27 March 2024 – The Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, in partnership with the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), successfully conducted its 1 st Regular Outreach Mission for the year from 10 to 14 March 2024 in Sandakan, Sabah.
Nine Embassy personnel and two PSA officials provided a total of 1,328 services to 1,133 members of the Filipino community, including passport processing, birth registration, notarization of documents, and Philippine Identification System (PhilSys or National ID) registration.
The Embassy appreciates the Filipino community’s support and cooperation, and reminds all applicants that appointments for report of birth, passport applications, and National ID registrations are FREE of charge and there is no need to go through agents.
