ASEAN LADIES CIRCLE PHILIPPINES WELCOMES THAI AMBASSADOR AS NEW ALC PRESIDENT

Kuala Lumpur, 02 April 2024 – The ASEAN Ladies Circle (ALC) Philippines welcomed the assumption of H.E. Lada Phumas, Ambassador of Thailand, as the new ALC President.
 
Ambassador Lada assumed the position at ALC’s 42nd Annual General Meeting held at the High Commission of Brunei Darussalam. She takes over from Datin Soraya Dato Hamid, ALC Patron of Brunei.
 
Joena Flores of ALC Philippines was also appointed as ALC’s new Honorary Treasurer.
 
ALC Philippines was represented at the meeting by Alternate Patron Maria Christine Ponce Garcia, together with Country Representative Jesher Micha Carolino, Joena Flores and outgoing Honorary Treasurer Lourdely Laid. END
