29 September 2024 – As part of the Consular Mission in Kuching, Sarawak by the Philippine Embassy in Kuala Lumpur, Consul General Roussel R. Reyes paid a courtesy call on Sarawak State Immigration Deputy Director Alice Alixius on 19 September 2024.

During the visit, both parties discussed consular and immigration matters concerning Filipinos residing in Sarawak. Consul General Reyes expressed his gratitude for the cooperation extended by Sarawak Immigration in addressing the concerns of Filipinos and looked forward to strengthening collaboration to ensure the welfare of Filipinos in Sarawak.

Embassy Attaché Glen Richard D. Martinez, PPI Abang Mat Noor Abang Samat, and other senior officials from the Sarawak State Immigration Office also attended the meeting. END
