EMBASSY BEGINS PREPARATIONS FOR ELECTIONS

26 MARCH 2025 - The Philippine Embassy kickstarted its preparations for the upcoming midterm elections with an Echo Seminar on the Comelec’s Online Voting And Canvassing Systems (OVCS) as well as other election procedures.

Following the Comelec's Asia-Pacific Regional Seminar held in Tokyo, Japan on 05-07 March 2025. Consul General Roussel R. Reyes briefed Embassy personnel on the General Instructions for the Special Electoral Boards for the 2025 National Elections Overseas.

The Elections are scheduled from 13 April 2025 To 12 May 2025. Pre-Voting Enrollment started on March 23 and will end on May 7.

The Embassy encourages all registered overseas Filipino voters to stay informed and actively participate in the upcoming elections, especially with the introduction of internet voting for overseas Filipino voters. END
