PRESS RELEASES

Requirements 

FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL VISA:

1. Note Verbale / Third Person Note from the foreign Diplomatic or Consular Mission duly recognized by the Philippine Government;
2. Duly filled up Visa Application Form;
3. Diplomatic Passport;
4. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background.

DEPENDENT OF FOREIGN GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL VISA:

1. Note Verbale / Third Person Note from the foreign Diplomatic or Consular Mission duly recognized by the Philippine Government, stating purpose of trip;
2. Duly filled up Visa Application Form;
3. Diplomatic Passport;
4. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background.

Requirements

Applicant's national passport valid for at least six (6) months or more from date of departure from the Philippines or completion of trip; 
Proof of sufficient funds for travel expenses, accommodation, and subsistence, if required by interviewing officer;

1. Duly accomplished Visa Application Form;
2. Personal appearance;
3. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background;
4. Copy of evidence of residency in Malaysia (e.g., Employment Pass, Work Permit, PR card, Student Pass, Dependant Pass, or Long Term Pass);
5. Visa fee (to be paid in cash).

 

Requirements

1. Personal appearance;
2. Duly filled up Visa Application Form;
3. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background;
4. Applicant's national passport valid for at least six (6) months or more from date of departure from the Philippines or completion of trip;
5. If the applicant is a seaman joining ship, the company concerned should provide a letter indicating the name of the vessel he will be joining in the Philippines;
1. Visa fee (to be paid in cash).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR CREW LIST VISA for VESSELS

1. Duly filled up Crew List Visa Form;
2. Photocopy of Vessel Master’s Passport;
3. Visa Fee (to be paid in cash)

 

Requirements

1. Personal appearance;
2. Duly accomplished Visa Application Form;
3. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background;
4. Copy of proof of residence in Malaysia (Employment Pass, Work Permit, PR card, Student Pass, Dependant Pass, or Long Term Pass); 
Applicant's national passport valid for at least six (6) months or more from date of arrival in Philippines; 
Letter from company/employer stating applicant's complete name, position, nature of business trip and guarantee of repatriation and financial support for the duration of trip;
5. Letter of invitation from the company in the Philippines;
6. Additional documentation may be required upon the discretion of the Visa Officer. 
Visa fee (to be paid in cash).

Originals and photocopies of the required documents should be submitted upon filing of the application. Applicants and visitors are requested to come appropriately attired.
